TRIAL USERS BEWARE!!! NOT VERY ACCURATE INFO> COMPANY!!!
I signed up with Realty trac.com for there trial because I saw a home from Orlando Sentinel, Homefinder in Celbration Fl golfpark drive balance on loan is 160K it said sign up on realty trac for more info, so I signed up did a search with search id and returned no results, I did a search for golf park drive and 2 properties showed up with no balances on them so I called realty trac, I spoke with the lady who said I have to call Bay properties to inquire about it, I told her no, I don’t want too I would like to CXL she said ok, I then asked her for a CXL conf,# she gave it to me, I asked her if she had a rep id or employee # or last name she said no. I explained I do not want to call back when a charge shows up and have tell them I spoke with Ashely and there is 12 different ashelys or u just don’t work there, I asked to speak to a supervior, his name is chris, he said they are a small company and they do not give out employee ids, I asked for how do I get a copy of recorded conversation because I might need it if I get a charge and he said that I could not bc it is there records only…he said if I want to record I can record too…I then asked about the property I found on homefinder and he said that that one had a balance of 1.7 million he said the ID # at home finder matched the one at 800 golf park drive…I told him it said on homefinder it was 160K balance…he said he could not account for what it stated on other websites. I told him his company was a scam allowing other websites to post stuff that was not true. He said he is not responsible for what other people post. I told him I will never recommended his site ever. I told him there are other instances where I looked up a property and it had the same situation…MY SUGGESTION IS NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE NOT ACCURATE AT ALL
