Collin Plume was very helpful in rolling over my IRA. He answered all my questions, was very responsive. Everything that he told me on the phone was confirmed in a letter that I received after the transaction was completed. I had no worries during the rollover process.
Adam Mcguire also spent time with me on the phone setting up my account and was also very patient in answering my questions.
