Collin Plume is very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful as my initial and primary contact. However I later learned that their prices were high and there were a lot of fees that they don't tell you about. I paid a high commission and I believe that
I was over charged. You get the impression that they were going to manage your IRA, but they are just salesmen. They turn your account over to Equity Institutional, who try to gouge you for more fees. Overall I lost 5K out of 30K.
