Won't return calls to do warranty work.

I had Reliable Appliance Service come to repair my refrigerator. The freezer fan was making lots of noise. The repair visit did not correct the problem. Now, after leaving four unreturned calls at 800-767-4040 for the technician and three for his area supervisor to call me back, I still have not been able to have the 90 day warranty work honored. I just sent them an e-mail. Maybe someone will respond to that.
