Hi Jackie and Erin,
I started my process with reliant legal network back in February, and i have no complaints what so ever. The modification all said and done took about 3 months. As an employee of an banking institute, I see what brokers do to get people into homes and its quite unsettling. Programs like H.A.M.P where put into place to give relief to homeowners paying more than 31% of they're income towards they're mortgage.I'm saving about 800 on my new mortgage payment and no longer have an interest only mortgage. If you think about reviews and reports, consumers/homeowners only want to complain about a company versus praising they're practices.
