We are being harrassed and threatened by the President of this group. We are renting a house that is under foreclosure. The landlord never paid the mortage with our rental monies for over a year. Nigel Alston, the president called us and said he is now the owner (not true) and we must sign a lease that requires all repairs (a/c, roof, everything!) our responsibility. We must pay a 2,000 deposit and pay 650.00 every two weeks in order to stay in the house, but can be evicted at any time because the house is still under foreclosure. He said if we do not do this, we will be evicted in 24 hours. We have a daughter with a 6 month old baby living with us.
We researched and found out that the landlord still owns the house. The president is a horrible, nasty man, who is trying to scam us and the landlord. I can give more info if anyone needs it.
