As a physician, I have long been committed to the healing arts. That's why my wife and I looked to REM. But REM goes beyond the physicians adage "Do no harm," and transforms this mandate into "Do as much good as possible."
I am writing to acknowledge the exemplary staff at REM. There are many good, adjustable beds out there, but finding service like that provided by REM is exceptional. From the sales people to the office administrators to the delivery team, under Randy's outstanding leadership we found the people at REM to show a keen personal interest, integrity, and full support for their product. From our first contact, the REM staff listened, were responsive, and followed through with aplomb.
