After 8 Years - No longer firm - REM & Randy Make it Right!

We LOVED our REM mattress that we purchased 8 years ago. Until last year, when it started to degrade. We both are sleeping downhill on both our sides. The middle is the only part that's still flat and firm. I spoke with Randy at REM and they'll replace my mattress, no problem. I'm extremely happy and satisfied with their level of customer service. Having worked in the Customer Service field for over 20 years, I know what's good and what isn't. I know when a company is trying to BS the customers, and when they're true to their word. Integrity in everyone is important, and I see that in Randy and REM.
