I happened to receive Jose Andrade's postcard in my mail. I had a house in Albuquerque, New Mexico that I needed to sell, and I live almost 300 miles from Albuquerque. I decided to contact Jose and just see what I might find.
Well.........Jose is one of the most professionally friendly, sincere, knowledgeable, easy to work with, honest men in the real estate business I have ever encountered. Everything went EXACTLY as we had discussed and I never had to go to Albuquerque for anything. There are so many people out there that are truly trying to "take" you, thus you do not know who you can trust. I knew, I just knew that Jose was for real. I asked him enough questions and got the direct answers i wanted from him and this convinced me that he was credible.
My dilemma with this house was that it was fairly rundown and had been neglected for quite some time. OH MY GOSH.....you cannot imagine the pictures of before and after when Jose's team of carpenters were through. I did not recognize the place
Everything was professional to the highest. I cannot express how I recommend this business establishment for your real estate needs.
