DO NOT USE - Unprofessional and Rude!

DO NOT USE!!! Booked our appointment for the wrong day and they had to call back to reschedule. I waited for 3 hours on the day of the appointment only to call and have them tell me that someone called and cancelled my appointment. I told them that was impossible but instead of taking responsibility for the mistake, they outright called me a liar. I asked to speak to a supervisor only to have them tell me I could only speak to one if I "asked them nicely". Unbelievably rude and unprofessional! Didn't even get to the point of a tech coming out. If they plan on employing nasty, unprofessional customer service reps, I don't want their techs anywhere near my home or appliances!!!
