My experience with this contractor was not through directly hiring him to do a job but rather as the direct result of him trespassing and damaging my property in his pursuit of a private contracting job for someone else. Mr. Ron Dula of Ronnie Dula Plumbing Co, Inc. admitted in Buncombe County, NC District Court on 5/6/08 before Judge Brown that he did trespass in August of 2006 on my property in West Asheville, NC and that of the Conservation Trust for North Carolina (CTNC) with his backhoe in pursuit of a private plumbing job down at Smith Mill Creek in West Asheville, NC. Judge Brown allowed monetary damages in settlement of my claim that Mr. Dula cleared a swath of vegetation from my property. Mr. Dula reported he separately settled with the CTNC in Sept2006. Mr. Lonnie Israel of Jesse Israel and Sons Nursery and Garden Center admitted on 5/7/08 that he also trespassed on my property in Sept 2006 seemingly at the request of Mr. Ron Dula. I don't support contractors violating civil law in pursuit of their private business.
