Dear Ron Rossi:
I wanted to take a few minutes to tell you how much I appreciated the outstanding effort you took while replacing my roof! To begin, you were very prompt and courteous each and every time I reached out to you, ALWAYS returning my calls when I had questions, and, you ALWAYS gave me the answers to my questions! Secondly, I am still SO AMAZED at how quickly you did the JOB!!!!! I must say when you called me on that Tuesday and told me you planned on starting the next day; I wasn’t sure how long it would be until the roof tiles were replaced. But you did my entire 5,000 SQ FT roof in 11 days flat!!! That is truly remarkable, as I see a number of homes in my neighborhood that were underway before you started my roof, and they are ALL still underway and my roof is complete!!! Furthermore, you took such great care of our property; cleaning up every day before you departed, let me know when damage did occur and offered to repair/replace and of course, those flowers!
I must say you are a credit to the roofing industry! You run a top-notch business and never missed a step as the roof was under replacement. I just cannot say enough about you and your company! The price was right (lower than most in the area) and yet you still completed my roof in what I feel was a “record time”!
THANK YOU, Ron Rossi Roofing! You took on a project that stresses people out and turned it into one of the BEST experiences I can ever recall having with a job of this magnitude – and believe me, I have had a whole lot more problems with companies that did much smaller jobs for me!
You are to be commended for your commitment to excellence, exceptional performance, tremendous value, and exemplary customer service! Words cannot express how appreciative we are of the job you and your team did!!! And so much so, I am mailing this to the Better Business Bureau to ensure that they know about your outstanding level of performance, and hopefully, it will reach the consumer out there that is looking for “a great company”!!!
