Our patio was put up in 2010 and the person who put it up placed the spout on the wrong end. Lol! called today to see why I have not received a p/c back and this person Melissa stated she did not receive my phone call so therefore I need to wait another 1.5 weeks, but that is not the issue. Melissa stated you would think you would have noticed that(the water going down the wrong way) I stated I do not stand outside to see which way the rain water goes down. No Melissa it should of been done correctly. What does it matter just fix it!
Rooms n Covers has been out to my home three times. I feel they really need to hire professionals who know what they are doing and know how to install patios.
