God bless you. after months of being ignored by the mortgage people, after being told by the HUD office in our city and the meeting with NACA that we did not qualify and should just give the house back to the mortgage company, you never gave up on my family. Every week they called me and gave me peace of mind. to a single mother this gave me peace. each time i called them Craig and Nancy answered all my questions. my payments were reduced and my home is safe. our payment is not due until december.
