When we started with Ross Morgan we literally had a separate set of A/R books running due to the lack of trust in our prior management company to keep accurate delinquency records. What a pleasant change it has been to be able to trust monthly delinquency
reporting. It's an important part of what our board does and we finally are working with a company that is giving us owner payment records we can rely on.
