Very dishonest business. I called them out to root my sewer line. The plumber advised me that the line needed to be scoped as he suspected problems with the line. I reluctantly agreed to their $250.00 fee for this service.
The supervisor informed me that my line is severely cracked and if not replaced would likely soon collapse. They recommended replacing the line at a cost of $25,000.
I called another plumber out to scope the sewer line and observed the results. The sewer line was in excellent shape and required no further work.
Clearly the roto-rooter report was simply a scam to induce customers to perform work at an exorbitant cost that was clearly unnecessary.
