We hired Mike, the RotoTiller guy to put in new sod in our backyard after not being entirely happy with the previous landscaper who planted seed. The seed didn't come in well, and then the previous landscaper stopped returning our calls and answering our questions. I attempted to do a little DIY myself and made a big mess.
I called Mike after finding his website - http://www.rototillerguy.com/ - a very straight-forward and informative website. It was refreshing to find such a user friendly website online - and not to have to worry about hidden fees and surprise work that needed to be done. You complete the bid on his website, and that is what you pay. It was an incredibly easy process because Mike makes it easy. The price also came in significantly lower than 2 other quotes we got for the same amount of work. Because he is so efficient, he is able to get the job done quickly which cuts down on his price! He is great about answering his phone, answering tons of questions, giving suggestions (that may not be the most profitable for him but he looks out for his customers), and providing prompt service. I called him on Monday and by Thursday morning the job was done. It is so nice to be able to fully communicate with him and really pick his brain about what should be done.
He also stated that if we ever need help or have questions in the future to call him. Most likely, part of the grass will need to be replaced at some point in the future because we have a female dog, and we know we can count on Mike to give advice and help when that time comes.
Our yard finally looks beautiful! And the process could not have been easier. I'm already recommending him to my friends to use for their lawns. His crew was hard-working and extremely friendly. Do NOT hesitate to call Mike for your yard!!!!
I called Mike again recently to fix our sprinkler system - one of the heads had completely broken off after I hit it with the lawn mower. His employees had it fixed within minutes. Better yet, they showed me how to fix myself for next time. 5 Stars.
