Have had Russell's perform a smog test on my vehicle. The car failed and the mechanics outlined what needed to be repaired in order for it to pass the test and included how much everything would cost ($125). I agreed to pay $125 to have the work done. Instead, they wanted to charge me an additional $485 to fix additional problems with the vehicle! I declined and was charged $125 for a diagnostic and NOT the repairs that we agreed upon. Russell's has poor communication with their customers and they practice shady business tactics. I would recommend you find another mechanic!
