Highly recommend finding different brokers. The representative was very kind, I was excited to use this company. A few days before my move they had me review and recount the total number or boxes, etc. would be. I was excited because I thought I was exactly correct when I initially got my quote. During that call, the representative came back with a revised quote that was DOUBLE what I was originally quoted. Classic bait and switch. Examples: I said I would only need 30 boxes but they wrote down only small boxes (as experts in moving, they know this is 100% NOT what I said); also I know I mentioned my furniture being larger than they wrote so I asked for a recording of the call as they said they have one to prove me wrong and they said they do not share that… THEY RECORD YOUR OWN VOICE AND WONT SHARE IT. Needless to say, this was completely unacceptable. In addition, they recommended I use Cobra Van Lines which you can find my review (as well as several hundred others) regarding how “good” that company is… These people are not to be trusted and prey on those who are not experts in moving. Stay away.
