Having Troubles with Loan Modification? Definitely Consult Sanctuary!!

I started contacting my lender since I got divorced in 2011. I wanted to keep the house and I was seeking for refinance options. I was advised at the time to keep making the payments for as long as I could. I needed a resolution as to whether I could afford to keep the house, but the lender would not review the financial package without a Quitclaim to remove my ex-husband from the title.
