UPDATE: Ever since I’ve filed a complaint to the BBB about this law office, and mentioned all the bad reviews they have, ALL OF A SUDDEN, they have so many nice reviews... Please watch out for this SCAM of a lawyer!
TLDR: DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMERS. Quick to take $500, you have to constantly be on top of them in order for anything to get done. Now I am out $6500 and homeless.
If I could leave no starts and this angry review, I would.
Not only was RAMON, just an intake receptionist, sooo convinced that they could help us, but he was also very quick to charge us $500.
They were hired in the middle of December. I was able to communicate with ALICIA CASEY, gave her all the info required and then she basically ghosted me for 2 months. I emailed them in the beginning of January, gave them sometime for the holidays, and they never responded. I emailed again in the beginning of February, Alicia finally responded, she was out on bereavement and was able to schedule some time to speak with me. During this phone call, and in an email following the call, ALL she did was repeat info I could find on the Zelle website and promise to speak to me in a few days for a follow up (which she never did).
All this time, I had not spoken to, shared emails or heard from Mr. GARY SAUNDERS.
I gave them almost 2 weeks and I didn't hear anything back. Finally, Mr. Saunders and Alicia both responded saying they couldn't do anything, I should hire a personal investigator, and that's that.
When I complained to Mr. Saunders directly, that I was not satisfied at all and I could have done this all myself MONTHS ago, he claimed to work on my case for "over 5 hours", said this was the end of the representation, and quoted Abraham Lincoln...
Currently trying to communicate with the BBB and the California Bar because there are way too many people being robbed by GARY SAUNDERS and his "legal" team.
Biggest thing I regret, is not looking on Yelp or Google before I hired this FRAUDULENT LAME EXCUSE OF A LEGAL TEAM.
