I too got a loan mod done through this group. Their communication skills took a little while to get back to me, but they got my payment cut by 40 percent so i'm satisfied. It took kind of a long time but I'm happy to say that i'm satisfied with the results... Customer service is mediocre but they do what they say and that's really all that matters to me.
