Poor customer service for ez bath lift

Every time I call with a question,, I am told it will take a couple of days to get back with me. These are not difficult questions I.e - how much is an additional padded seat.
Also, the sling is very uncomfortable for my elderly parents. When asked if a solid insert is available, I was told to go to a boat store or canvas shop to see if they could manufacture something for me. Not very helpful for such an expensive piece of equipment
