BE VERY CAUTIOUS OF SEACOAST GARAGE DOORS. There is a reason for the "F" rating by the BBB. This business engages in deceptive and unauthorized practices. I recently placed my vacant house on the market in Yorba Linda, CA. I went back to the property to check it and found Seacoast had plastered their business stickers on my garage wall, the garage door opener and the inside of my garage door. The only way they could have accessed the inside of my house is through the real estate lock box. It is apparent they have a real estate contact placing these stickers or allowing someone access to place these stickers in vacant properties. I did not authorize anyone from Seacoast Garage Doors access to my property or to place these stickers on my property. This is a very unethical and deceptive company that truly deserves the "F" rating from the BBB. Be very cautious with this company.
