I have had very bad experiences with Patricia supposedly the manager. She is very rude and very unprofessional I know that they also have a job to do, and I was late on my payment but unlike most people ,I called and let her know I was going to be late and on what date. She was yelling at me calling me a liar, and hung up on me. She acts like she is better than everyone else, and doesn't ever have hard times, when in fact when i have gone in to pay my loan she doesn't even acknlowdge me, and sits there talking to other people. Very unprofessional. If she was upset she definitely could of handled it better.
