A company that lies and uses deceptive tactics to keep and scare customers. I have been their customer for 4 years; 3 years as per contract, then 1 year auto renewal. Then as I wanted to cancel my subscription from Aug 2009. They said that I have been auto renewed for another year. They sent me no notice or communication; and the customer service people were more than just rude.
I have stopped payment through my bank, lets hope they dont try deceptive tactics.
