Chocolate lab puppy

I spent a long time researching the English lab breed and looking all over for available puppies. My wife and I wanted to surprise our kids on Christmas with one. Tricia provided us with so much info and assistance. The timing lined up just right and we placed a deposit. Through the while time the communication was amazing. My wife and i went to pick the puppy and tricia talked to us about our wants and desires in a puppy and guided us in our selection. Her assessment of our puppy and his temperament was spot on. Tricia made herself available at 6am on Christmas so I could race up, pick up our puppy and get home before the kids got out of bed. After coming home with our puppy we took him to our vet as required within the first few days. It was found he had a parasite. I contacted Tricia and she was very apologetic and stood behind her puppy. She provided additional info as well as paying for the vet visit and the meds. Our puppy did not have his dewclaws removed because her vet decided to not do this anymore ( many vets have a different opinion on removal). However, Tricia's information on this litter stated the dew claws would be removed. So once again she stood by her word and advised me that if we would choose to have them removed she would pay. Just took him into to be neutered and dewclaws removed. Before we even picked him up Tricia had called our vet and paid for that removal. I could not be happier with the assistance and integrity from Tricia. It has been a pleasure working with her. Our puppy is amazing!!! He has a great temperament, very calm and super smart. I thank Tricia for an outstanding experience and in today's world many people and companies don't stand behind anything. This is not the case here!!!!!
