Taking Advantage of Older People

My mother has 10 years of product in her basement (no exaggeration), but they keep calling and selling her more. She is 82 and can't always remember things. Sometimes she says no, but the salesman keeps calling until she buys more. And more. I am so furious that they can get away with this.
