I called Shark City at 4am not expecting anyone to answer but to my surprise not only did he answer but also made the experience for my family trouble free by letting them know that he was on top of things and would notify them when it was time to come down to meet, so in the mean time my family was able to go about their business til it was time to meet. Randy is very courteous and respectful and I would recommend him anytime to anyone at any hour.
