When I decided to customize my kit, the trouble started.

First of all, they charged me for the 7 new items I chose AS WELL AS the regular kit I had gotten in the past that I did not want this time. This doubled my charge.

Second, at the same time I customized, I changed my shipping frequency so that it would wait until I have the money in my account, but they shipped/billed it a week EARLY overdrawing my bank account and causing 100 bucks in NSF fees!

Then, when I contacted them, I was told a different story every time about what had happened and what was being done. I have every email including ones that stated my ship/billing date would be when I wanted instead of the earlier date that ended up happening, AND they told me I would be refunded within 48 hours for the half I did not order...

Now it has been almost 3 weeks from the first time they said it shipped, and I have not gotten the make up, or the refund, or a single response that matches with any of the ones before! There is NO communication between people in this company and I can't seem to get a hold of anyone who can do anything to help.
