I have now been using Sheer Cover for about a year and love their product. Since using it I have gotten many others to use it as well; however, in the last year I, and the others, have had one problem after another with this company. The problems have ranged from: shippments taking an unusually long time to arrive, shippments never making it to us and then having to reorder and fight the charges of the original order, to being sent to collections with out any knowledge of still owing the company. Come to find out we did NOT owe the company any money. The amount being sent to collections was from an order that I never recieved. This has happened to myself and 2 of my family members. Fianlly, I have had this issue resolved (partialy) now they are telling me that it will take 2 weeks to clear off my account. However, they have told my family memebers 24hrs. One of the biggest complaints is that you will get a different answer and/or story each time you speak with a different person.
