Excellent service - delivered as promised

I called a bunch of these places to get a quote for shipping a 2009 BMW from New Jersey to California. I spoke with about four different companies. I chose Safe-Direct after speaking with Michael Strickland.
Mr. Strickland spoke with me for about twenty minutes and explained the process from start to finish and answered every question I had thoroughly; I had a lot of them. He was patient, knowledgeable and you could just tell he had been doing this a while.
I realized I gave him the wrong license plate number a day later. I called him back in the evening and my call was returned within the hour. The company is very service oriented.
Anyway, the car was picked up on time and arrived a day early in perfect condition. I could not be happier with the way I was treated and how smooth the transport went.
