First claim filed in years. Lot of paper work (isn't that the way with everything) but easy explantions. Received full refund within a decent time frame & much better than dealing with USPS or UPS. Cheaper Insurance vosts than USPS. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS 5* SERVICE and hope it continue's to serve as well in years to come as today!
