Skeptical Coin Collector Impressed

I collect coins and always end up with a few that really have no value other than its melt worth. There are a lot of companies offering silver and gold buying services, all claim to be the best and pay the most. I'm skeptical and worry about deceptive advertising tactics used in the market. Some of the claims seem too good to be true. I went to Silver and Gold exchange by referral by a family member (thanks GS) who used them on a few occasions over the last 5 years. I was impressed that everything was out in open, even the buying rates. I received an estimate quickly and the amount was better than I expected. I will continue to use Silver & Gold Exch. for coins i'm looking to sell for melt.
