If you're looking for the best value for prepaid service, please overlook Simple Mobile. It is in no way, shape, or form "Simple", as I had to manually configure the Internet on my phone. On average, it takes over an hour of being on hold to reach customer service. I've called between 5-6 for the same issue and get a different response. Even porting my number in was made difficult. I highly recommend going with Page Plus or Straight Talk and saving yourself the hassle. FYI, the internet on my phone still does NOT work and they said they would return phone calls, which they did not. And about half of my calls end early because the static is so bad. I will be ending my service early, losing $50, and leaving 4/5 of my service card unused because of poor, poor service.
By default I had to give them one star, but I wouldn't give them any if I didn't have to.
