CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS ARE WORST. NEVER DEALTH WITH SUCH UNRELIABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. IF YOU CALL FOR A PROBLEM YOU WILL GET DIFFERENT EXCUSE FOR THE SAME PROBLEM NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES YOU CALLED.
NEED TO CHANGE YOUR CALL CENTER REPS. THEY HAVE NO ETHICS AND THEY HANG UP ON CUSTOMERS. THEY CANT FIX PROBLEMS. THEY BLAME THE SYSTEM. IF THEY CANT OVER RIDE THE SYSTEM THEN YOU DONT NEED THEM.
SAVE MONEY AND GET RID OF THEM.
USELESS 24 HOURS CUSTOMER SERVICE.
