This company has no concept of customer service. I was supposed to be on auto pay, yet they could not get their business together enough to actually do auto pay. After I entered manual payment they instructed me to set up the auto pay again, which then caused me to be charged twice. Then they changed my plan to a more expensive plan without my consent (this is a basic phone for an 80yr old lady) adding $60 web access to a non web phone. This allows them to keep the remaining $20 that should be $40 credit which would pay for the next month. They don't give refunds....yeah, they cheat you out of money in advqance and then change your rate at their whim, and keep any money left on your account after you cancel before the next billing cycle...convenient way to make money for nothing. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
