Sent in a newer phone that had minimal wear. Was quoted $38 and was sent an email saying it had water damage. I know it didn't. They said they will only send me back my phone if I send them $10. SCAM!!!!! OH and the guy on the phone was completely rude and was trying to defend this crappy company. He was arguing with me until I hung up on him.
