I purchased ink that was defective. Furthermore, it ruined my copier machine. I called for refund, they advised me I had to send product back. I asked for a call tag (as original shipping was free) and they told me they do not do that and that I had to send it myself. I shipped it back and they refunded me minus an additional $4.95. I left several phone and email messages that were not returned. When I called them asking for a full refund as I was unhappy and NOT 100% satisfied, as their website advertises, the "supervisor" said it was their policy and there was nothing he could do about it. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! PRODUCTS ARE DEFECTIVE AND MAY HARM YOUR EQUIPMENT. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ATROCIOUS! YOU WILL THROW MONEY AWAY! The other positive posts are obviously written by fake people associated with the company.
