Beware of this scam

Bought! 2 black ink cartridges for my printer. Installed 1st one and got an "unsupported cartridge" error message. Installed 2nd which worked but it produced faded gray lettering. They insisted twice that it was my color cartridge that was unsupported. No refund. No exchanges. Ripped off DO NOT purchase from them.
