During my lease which unfortunately I am still locked into, Sky Management tried to illegally raise my rent, sent out 3 day eviction notices stating tenants were not bagging trash (never mind the dumpster was seldom emptied) and gave me a 3 day notice for a late charge when I pay every month in full, and on the first, as my receipts show. I left 15 messages trying to find out what was going on, and could not get anyone to return my call. I also emailed and never got a response. I've filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau, the Attorney Generals office and am retaining an attorney for the time I have had to take off to resolve the issues Sky Management started, and for the harrassement I have had to endure. This has all been since 6/30/10. I now dread returning home, because there will be some new threat posted to my door from these people. Do not, do not ever rent from these people!
