This company failed to make me aware prior to purchase that due to my health condition I was not able to use their product. This information was on the front page of the enclosed pamphlet. I went to UPS within the hour and had it returned. They accepted the item back 4 days after my returning it. No refund. I contacted them 12 days later, because still no refund. They did acknowledge receipt of the product. I was told the refund was approved and forth coming. I have since called everyday about the refund. I still don't have it. The refund was promised in an email by Adrianne Rios. Since that time she has never been available for a phone conversation. Each time we have talked to "Rubin", he is evasive and un-cooperative. Today he actually hung up on me. DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT do business with this company. Go to BBB page there are 36 complaint on them for not making refunds for returns. There is not a choice for a 0 star rating or that would be my choice.
