I have had a hard time dealing with this company. I tried to email for a return authorization since I changed my mind about wanting the package. I emailed 2 times with no response. I just called a customer representative and he told me I was already given an RMA and to check my email. He told me to email again since there was nothing he could do. Now, the return has to be within 15 days, but since they took so long with getting back to me and it has now been 3 weeks, they probably will not give me a refund...
