I ordered the wrong blender and had to call and cancel my order. I spoke with a gentleman named Ross. He was the most helpful salesperson I have ever encountered. He get's 5 stars for being helpful and customer considerate. Thanks Ross you made my experience with Your Low Price a pleasant one. If I ever order online again it will be with your company. Thanks once again.
