I have read and understand the 3 comments on said company and have to say you have a right to your opinion. Yes, they were fined for what they were charged for. But let me make one thing clear, what happened has nothing to do with the agents that work for them. They are only doing what they are told. Do not label the whole group for a few peoples mistakes. The agents only control what is sold in regards to travel packages. The charges have nothing to do with the vacation you book or the price you pay for your vacation package. It has nothing to do with the agent who booked your package, especially if the agent is a independent sales agent. My vacation specialist is wonderful!
