Lisa our consultant for the last few weeks reshaped how we approach running our business. She helped us see the value of making decisions based off of cold hard data. This started with her spending a week implementing new reporting processes and other tools for accountability. She made us realize that accountability starts at the top and we had to start holding ourselves to a higher standard. Every day she showed up with a positive energy and a determination that kept us moving forward. Even coming off one of our worst years she was able to keep us positive and on track with the program. Working with her has been a pleasure and I look forward to more projects with her in the future.
