This process has been a transformative process and has gone a long way in addressing inefficiencies we had relating to overhead. More specifically our support staff payroll was just too high for the amount of work we were doing in the field. The labor hours in both the field and office began to improve once we started making decisions based on real solid data. The introduction of effective strategic tools, reporting process and just a general dedication to accountability lowered our costs across the board. Jason worked tirelessly with our front office to establish procedures for tracking finances, job progress, labor hours which was the driving force behind much of the improvement.
