I really appreciated the work Kolin was able to accomplish in the limited time he worked on site. Prior to his arrival we had been working with a different gentleman but he was not a great fit. SMS was able to send Kolin to take over and our experience was like night and day. I no longer felt like we were scrambling from issue to issue. Kolin had a clear and concise plan on how to improve our operations and his execution to date has been flawless. I felt like for the first time I was able to focus on increasing our sales and market share and not getting bogged down in the day-to-day operations.
