Really helped improve our cashdlow

I wanted to thank SMS for the help over the last few weeks. We got a lot done in a short amount of time, and it really opened my eyes to things that we need to improve on. In his short time with us James was able to set up daily reports, instruct us on how best to conduct our weekly management meetings and helped us create a financial dashboard that makes it easier for us to see how we are doing on a job-by-job basis. This has already helped improve our cash flow and how we allocate our resources.
