Turned out better than we expected

We brought SMS in with some hesitation because of the cost and frankly the buy in that would be needed from our onsite staff. However, that concern faded fast once the work started. Alex quickly helped us see where our operations and leadership processes were breaking down, without worrying whose feathers might get ruffled. The changes we’ve made since then have already improved how efficiently the business runs day to day. We are thankful we gave them a chance and will most likely be bringing them back in at some point in the future.
